First, make sure you have your sensor correctly installed on your MDI inhaler. Unsure if it's installed correctly? If you have an MDI sensor with a blue button, check out this article. If your sensor has a white button, see this article.
Once installed, the top sensor button must be pressed when you use your inhaler to record a dose.
Inhaler technique tips from our team clinicians: As you're taking a slow, deep breath in, press down once on the medication (the medication canister will now be covered by the sensor). Then hold your breath for 10 seconds - or as long as is comfortable - and exhale slowly.
Still feel like your doses aren’t registering correctly? Please contact our support team by calling (877) 251-5451 or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
