Make sure you’re signed in to the Propeller App. Not sure how to do that? Check out this article. If you are using an Android smartphone or tablet, you’ll also need to have location services turned on in order to sync a new bluetooth device. If you’re unsure how to do this, contact your cellular provider or smartphone help desk.
- Grab your Propeller sensor.
- Open the Propeller app on your smartphone or tablet and sign in.
- You should see a card at the top of your app feed that says "Do you have your kit yet? We'll send you a notification as soon as your kit is sent out (typically within 1 business day)".
- Tap the "I Already Have My Kit" button and follow the on-screen instructions.
