To contact our support team using the Propeller app:
- Sign into the Propeller Health app on your smartphone or tablet
- Make sure you are on the Home tab of the menu bar along the bottom of your screen
- In the top of your screen should be a gear icon - tap this (for Android it'll be in the top right corner; for iOS look for the gear icon in the top left).
- Tap the “Help” option.
- From here, you can call Propeller or chat with us live right in the app! You also have the option to send an email directly to our support team.
