Make sure you’re signed in to the Propeller app. Not sure how to do that? Check out this article: If you are using an Android smartphone or tablet, you’ll also need to have location services turned on in order to sync a device that relies on Bluetooth™ wireless technology. If you’re unsure how to do this, contact your cellular provider or smartphone help desk.
- Grab your Propeller sensor.
- Open the Propeller app on your smartphone or tablet and sign in.
- You should see a card at the top of your app feed that says, ‘Have you received your kit?’ We'll send you a notification as soon as your kit is sent out (typically within 1 business day).
- Tap the ‘I Already Have My Kit’ button and follow the on-screen instructions.
