Your sensors need to be within about 50 feet of your hub to communicate, but just like with other wireless devices, it’s hard to go through walls or floors to make that connection.

Other things that can stop your hub and sensor from communicating are:

  • Medicine cabinets, especially metal ones
  • Drawers

If you can, try to keep your sensor and your hub in the same room or within 50 feet of each other overnight.  That’ll give the sensor and the hub plenty of time to send data back to Propeller and your Care Team.
